Servings per container: 30
Suggested use: 2 tsp per cup (8 oz.), add room temperature water, allow to steep overnight or for at least 4 hours to best extract the nutrients & minerals from the herbs. Allow it to cool down, and enjoy.
Can also be made with room temperature water and allowed to steep overnight, or as a “sun tea” throughout the day.
